Christmas at Temple Square

One night we went to Salt Lake and toured the lights. It truly is a wondrous place. This year they put the Holy Family in the middle of the reflecting pool. It was amazing to gaze upon. The figures are life size, and looked to be china.

Sledding

We finally got enough snow so we could take the 4 wheeler out to the sand dunes and pull some of the grands around. Here you see grandpa pulling the 4 kids. Drake is trying so snow surf in the sled! Conner and Austyn after a run down a hill and Kylee trying her luck with snowboarding! Drake also tried, but face planted a lot of times!! We all had fun.

Rocket Derby

Austyn and Jason and the whole family went to Cub Scouts for Austyn's first meeting! It was a rocket derby for the whole Pack. Oz "helped" his dad, Jason make the rocket and they had lots of fun racing them down a fishing line course. Ozzy is 8 now and wants to join Cub Scouts.

My wood carving

Here are a few projects I'm doing. I'm learning to carve using a high speed drill. So far I"m doing scraps of wood, but soon I'll try to carve an eagle on one of Sam's guns.

I know it's been ages since I updated you all. This morning we had quite a surprise..........I mean, who would have thought at My age we'd have a new baby running around the place! But it happened at 10 am. Her name is Liberty and she is very cute!!
